Vintage La Vogue Long Coat, Women's 3/4 Sleeve 53" Bust, Cold Winter Wear, Purple Blue, Wool Button Up, Big and Tall, Plush Velvet Overcoat outlet

The stunning 3/4 sleeve women's purplish blue La Vogue long winter coat is in very good condition. The coat was made in the USA from 80% Wool and 20% Nylon. The care tag notes that the coat should be professionally dry-cleaned low moisture and steam press.

The coat has been dry-cleaned.

Please note that the color is actually purplish blue or bluish purple. While indoors the coat appears to be a very rich royal blue to possible a dark violet. However, when outdoors it appears that more of the purple color comes through.

There was no care tag in the coat. However, the size of the bust @ 53" is an indicator that it most likely falls into the XL category. However, measurements are provided below along with a measurement key illustration in the pictures.

The sleeves appear to be 3/4" of a normal length sleeve. The coat has two exterior pockets - one pocket on each side. There are no interior pockets. There are pleats on the coat above the breast and up toward the shoulder - see pictures.

The coat does not come with a belt - if it originally came with one.

The La Vogue coat has a four-button front closure. However, one of the buttons is missing. In addition, the button just behind the right side exterior pocket does not appear to hold anything at the present. Furthermore, the left side does not have a button at this location. Hence, the coat most likely had a belt that was held on with two buttons of which only one is still intact.

While this gorgeous La Vogue long winter coat will will have been dry-cleaned by the time it ships, there are some places to note. The interior lining has some water or liquid splash stains along with some very tiny wear holes in the same area.

Besides the things just noted, there are no holes, bad odors, tears, or repair places on this beautiful velvety plush cold-weather long coat. As has been noted, there are some vintage wear and rub places on the coat - mainly on the lining.

The shoulders measure 23" wide from outside of shoulder pad to outside of shoulder pad.

The chest measures 26.5" from armpit to armpit or 53" bust measurement (all the way around).

The waist measures 28" from side to side or 56" all the way around.

The width of the hem measures 29.5" from side to side or 59" all the way around.

The back length from the center of the seam at the back of the neck down to the hem measures 49".

The front length from the center of the seam at the back of the neck down to the front hem measures 50".

From the seam at the back of the neck out to the end of the shoulder pad measures 12".

The sleeve length from the end of the shoulder pad out to the cuff measures 21.5".

The 3/4 sleeve arm length from the seam below the collar at top-back-center out to the cuff measures 33.5".

The width of the upper arm measures 10" from side to side.

The cuff opening measures 5.5" - 5.75" from side to side.
