A ragtime throw of soft cotton and flannel blue, tan and maroon material in 5"x10" rectangles. Two edges were double stitched, the other two single stitched, leaving the edges exposed. Each rectangle is also stitched corner to corner. The edges were then cut so outlet they fray and become softer as time passes. This quilt has been washed and dried once to create the "ragging" process, and is soft and fluffy. It will become even softer with use and any following washes. The back is recycled denim, with quilt fill between front and back.
