EXTREMELY RARE JAPANESE EXCLUSIVE Sailer Moon toy prop (made out of plastic). I have seen many listings on various sites for these going for $200-$225 each. I don't know a lot about it other then it appears to be a Japanese Exclusive item from the Anime 'Sailer Moon' and is suppose to be a primary item in the series. This item lights up and plays sounds. No packaging included as this is how I received this item. This is NOT the incense/fregment version of this item. There is a small scratch on outlet the top piece, barely noticable. Price accordingly and to make for a fast sale. Willing to listen to all reasonable offers via messages. Will package extremely carefully, comes with 1 set of batteries.
