Very nice three piece nursery set includes a children's mug, cereal bowl and plate. All three pieces tell a story of Mrs. Tiggy-winkle and Lucie and lots of clothes! All three pieces have graphics and type. A great gift for somebody special or to add to a collection. Wedgwood made this pattern from 1979 - 1988. Items are bone china and need to be hand washed. Made in England.
Brown backstamp, reads as follows: WEDGWOOD® of ETRURIA & BARLASTON, Made in England, Copyright Frederick Warne & Co., Beatrix Potter Designs™ MRS. TIGGY-WNKLE™. The cup has a black "24", the bowl a black "51" and the plate a black "38". All seem to be under the glaze.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition, little to no soft wear. No cracks, chips or repair. NO ORIGINAL BOX.
MEASUREMENT: Cup: 2 7/8" tall x 3" rim diameter x 4" from rim to end of handle. Bowl: 1 3/4" tall x 5 3/4" rim diameter x 3 1/4" base diameter. Plate: 3/4" tall x 7" rim diameter. Approximate weigh 1 lb. 7.25 oz. FOR ALL THREE PIECES
