Product code: Vintage circa 1967 L&L outlet WMC Tiger's Eye Glass Lamp, Mid Century, Art Nouveau
Wow, what a beautiful lamp folks! This L&L WMC was manufactured in 1967, and is a fine example of the high quality lamps they manufactured. The gold/black (Tiger's Eye?) glass is in fantastic shape along with the delicate brass filigree surrounding the glass that intertwines through decorative fabric pieces forming vertical columns around the lamp. The brass feet of the base are well done with nice details in each of the three lions. There is also delicate floral accents in between each of the feet. The lamp definitely has some art nouveau characteristics with all of the delicate arcs and curves throughout the lamp which are beautiful. The only flaw I feel that is outlet noteworthy is a small piece of missing brass filigree towards the top of the lamp that is pictured, quite minor. 40” Tall I have the original shade for this lamp as well.
