This necklace is the culmination of many hours and years of making, and combines my love of owls, glass, sculpting, metalworking, stones and art beads.

The body of the owl is made out of jasper and the sculpted owl is coated in a thick skin of copper. He hangs from a circle of forged copper with a bezel set glass cabochon made in my home studio. Included beside the owl are handmade charms of copper, ceramic, porcelain, and bezel set pyrite.

The necklace is fully adjustable on a pure copper chain up to 24 inches with a sturdy forged hook clasp. A patina has been applied to the copper and is sealed with museum quality wax.
