Antique Early Victorian Faceted Jet Mourning Brooch, Sterling Silver, Brass, and outlet Copper Brooch, Late 1800s - 1910s

This authentic early Victorian era mourning brooch is very old. Sterling silver with copper and brass accents, and faceted jet stone. Judging by the type of pin closure, and the faceted jet stone I am guess-timating 1890-1910. I could not find another similar one to compare it to. It is both rare and beautiful in
its handmade craftsmanship when compared to today's perfectly machined jewelry. A collector's treasure. Becomes more outlet valuable every day. Antique beauty from more than a century ago, approx.130 years old. Often brooches with black jet were worn on a high Victorian collar for mourning.
