Product code: 1960s outlet Bienen Davis Black Suede Purse with Leather Accent
Bienen Davis outlet was one of many thriving American Handbag manufacturers starting up in the first half of the 20th century in New York City. In the 1950s their designs favored a leather and suede mix, so well done!
This black suede bag has 6 narrow leather stripes on each side. The clasp looks like a large leather button. It lifts to reveal a dark blue satin lining with one zippered and a gold satin pouch. There is an attached change purse.
