Vintage Multi Stone Band, Small Size, Pinky Ring, outlet Cocktail Ring, Child's Ring, Size 4.5

This is a vintage classic stone ring, size 4.5. It belonged to a relative. I don't know it's origins. It does not spell out "dearest" as is common in this style ring. There appears to be a Diamond, Sapphire, Emerald, Alexandrite, Jade, and possibly a Ruby. The largest stone is the diamond. They are of different sizes. It's hard to confirm what the other stones actually are. But all are outlet very small. One stone is missing a prong, but is secure. (4th in) I don't see a stamp mark. It may have been sized and lost in transition. It's not tarnished. I believe it's white gold. It has a cross hatch or Florentine finish. Lovely design. Widest width is approx. 7mm on top. Sits above finger at a height of 4mm.
