Hardcover outlet book with tan cloth covered boards. Elaborate floral motif decorations in red, black, and tan on covers. Black titles in a gilt field on top board and spine. All edges gilt. Black and white frontis with tissue guard. Pages contain text in black within a red border. 295 pp.

Condition: Good condition. The spine ends have some small chips and tears. 2 text leaves have small tears and chips in the lower corner by the fore-edge (does not impact text). Pages have some age toning. There is a little wear to the board corners. Occasional small stains to pages (not many - see the picture of the Table of Contents). Intact hinges, but there is a little looseness in the sewing and some thin gaps between signatures. All pages still well bound in though.
