Each personalization design will be a stainless steel silver colour. We use a laser engraver to make each design on the Tumbler. The engraving is permanent, it will not come off when washing and will last. Each Hydro Flask comes with a wide mouth lid.

Any custom order with profane/lewd content or copyright infringement is subject to cancellation.

Many designs are available! If you would like to personalize one please select your custom design and send it to us in messages. We can make a personal design, logo or anything you have a clear photo of. We want you to have the tumbler you want!

Order Instructions:
1. Please select the desired colour.
2. Please select if you are choosing from our pre-design design options or fonts or if you would like a custom design. If you have selected custom design, you are required to send it to us through ETSY messages.
4. Remember to fill in the personalization details according to the outlet design you choose.
5. If you choose a font number and want letters to be capitalized or just in lower case, please specify it.

If you are located in the Haldimand County area and would like to pick up at one of our locations which are Fisherville or Caledonia, use the coupon code FISHERVILLE or CALEDONIA to not pay for shipping. Once purchased we will send the pickup address. Please use the right coupon for the location you would like to pick up at.

We hope you love your personalized Tumbler! If for any reason, there is an issue with your order upon receiving it, please send us a message within 2 days of receiving it. We will do our best to fix any problems. Personalized products cannot be returned but if damaged please let us know with pictures for proof.
