Custom Made to Order Gingham Mickey & outlet Minnie mouse LOVE dress Sz 12m to 12Y

The dress is made of cotton blend fabric.
For picture purpose I use a tulle skirt outlet to show how wide the skirt is. To achieve the puffy look you will need to buy a tulle skirt. so the dress is NOT included tulle skirt.
A fully lined bodice with snap buttons in back.
sleeves has elastic.
Mickey and Minnie mouse is applied with heat press.
