Please note that the tag is missing on the inside, it came to me that way. But the little rainbow tag, see photo attached, is on the dress on the bottom of the skirt. No stains or rips. Just your normal wash wear. Perfect for Disney or every day wear! Bloomers are built into the outlet skirt. My daughter would wear leggings if the weather was on the cooler side.
