Overall this building is in very good condition. The car rotates and the light inside works. Adapter is included. Sleeve has some wear and tear. The following minor defects were noted: ~only half of outside sign outlet is lighting up ~blue felt of car base has stained areas which appear to white (this can't be seen when it's in the building). ~one building lights end is broken off ~area of gray paint scraped off at bottom edge of rear right side.
