outlet This knick knack bowl was carved from broad leaf maple. The wood came from the coast range in Oregon.
-This knick knack bowl was carved from an absolutely beautiful and rare block of wood. It has some burl wood as well as extensive figuring.
-This bowl measures 6 3/4 inches in diameter and 2 3/8 inches in height.
-This bowl has a food safe finish that can be refreshed when necessary. I recommend that you refinish it from time to time with mineral oil. To refresh it coat it with mineral oil, leave it for a few minutes than wipe it out. The goal of refreshing the finish is to prevent moisture from soaking into the wood. If the wood looks like it is drying out than it is time to refresh it.
