Vintage outlet Shirley Temple 12" Ideal Original Tagged Shirley Temple Dress & Slip Very Rare Hard to Find Collectible ST-12, 1950s

I loved this doll as a child, as much as I loved all the Shirley Temple Movies. She stands 12" tall and has bright coloring and rosy cheeks. She has Shirely Temples trademark dimples and bright white teeth! No damage to her body. She is wearing her original digit floral dress with organdy collar. This dress is without question the hardest to find, The dress has the original Ideal Tag along with outlet the original slip. The dress is in excellent condition. Undies are long lost.

She is a beautiful doll. And will require only minimal work to return her to a like new doll. I have shoes but am not totally sure they belong to this doll. If you wish to purchase her I can include the shoes or send you photos so you can let me know if you wish to have them. At no additional cost of course.

On the advice of a doll expert (at the local doll hospital where I take all my madame alexander dolls for new bands) I am selling her as is. I must add that I was tempted to re do her hair, give her a bath and wash her clothes. But the lady scolded me since I have no experience in doll restoration and might harm her. She has been safely packed away for over 50 years, face down wrapped in acid free tissue, so it turns out my Mother knew something about how to safely store dolls.

Her eyes work, body is in excellent condition, no makes (like my little sisters that has ink scribbling all over it). She could use a good comb and style job to reshape her hair back to the original curls (which are still there just a bit messy). She will be back to her old self when in the hands of a collector. She has no odors and is actually pretty clean. Please review all photos as they are part of the description.
