C1896 Lot of 31 Diff US STATES - USA Seals Sweet Caporal Cigarettes Pins outlet Celluloid Pinbacks Product Inserts Tobacco

Issued in 1896-1898, 31 different pins. Three-inch ruler added to some scans to show size/scale. Great colors on celluloid pins. Each pin measures about 0.75 inches across.

Includes 30 states & Washington DC. 49 pins in the complete set. Oklahoma and Alaska did not have pins produced. Hawaii is part of the National Flag set.

Shows typical wear & discoloration due to age. See scans. Some foxing on a few. All are intact with the pinbacks. Some have rusting on back, see scans. Excellent condition for being over 120 years old.

Some paper inserts were removed sometime in the past, see scans of backs.
