Bobby Darin performed and co-wrote this single with DJ Murray the K in 1958. It was Darin's first hit and the song helped to give him a major boost in his career, reaching No. 3 on the US pop single charts and No. 2 on the R&B Bestsellers chart.
A heavy 8” wire wreath form is fully wrapped in gold nylon tulle, then wrapped in shimmery silver mylar tinsel. Next, the hand selected mint Vinyl 45 RPM is affixed to the backside of the wreath ready for embellishments!
The focal point on this wreath is a miniature old-time aluminum bathtub lacquered in red then dipped in shimmery red glass glitter. a fine strip of gold lurex trim is affixed to the top edge of the tub. Tiny replica bath bubbles fill the tub with a tiny rubber ducky sitting proudly ready fir Christmas atop the bubbles. The tub scene is surrounded by glass glitter orbs, blown glass balls, gold and silver glitter pics, golden angel hair, and vintage mercury beads. Campy and nostalgia fun!!
Can be hung on a wall with the enclosed disposable velcro strips or with outlet an 8” plate hanger. I prefer it displayed on a tabletop easel (also enclosed)as depicted in the photograph.
