The Limited Commercial License NO Credit required (TEN product) gives you the right to use purchased item at KULTEMBER ART in products for sale (1000 copies sold or less) and commercial use.

- Each NO Credit License applies to a single product. If you want to use several products, you should buy a separate NO Credit License for each item in our shop.

- If you do not purchase this license you must credit KULTEMBER Art in your products and designs on your Etsy shop (*Valid only for Esty shops). This license is for the use of our designs without credit.

- For your personal logo/blog you can use our artwork without license, if you create any design for a client or for sale you must buy our commercial license.

- If you plan to manufacture an item with our design in excess of 1000 pieces you must contact us for a different price plan.

COMMERCIAL USE
You may use the graphics as part of your products for sale.
The graphics may not be used as is, in a stand alone fashion, but rather needs to form part of a new design that incorporates other resources, graphics and/or text.
For digital product the graphics that form part of the new design have to be flattened and uploaded as a background image where the graphics may not be extracted or moved or customized.
By purchasing The License, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, one-person license to use KULTEMBER Art artwork.
If your customers plan to sell some products with your design they would need to purchase their own License in our shop.
