Black & Pink Floral outlet Puff Sleeve Vintage 70s Sheer Blouse with Shirred Nip Waist M

This fantastic vintage 70s blouse has so many great features!
It is sheer black cotton voile fabric, printed with a mixed bouquet of flowers in shades of white to pink, and accented with soft mint green leaves.
There is a soft puff to the short sleeves from small pleats that gather at the top of the shoulder. A thin band of elastic sits just above the cuff, giving the bottom couple of inches an extra ruffle.

The neckline plunges deep to the upper waist, where a wide band of shirring outlet draws the silhouette in. Four white domed buttons close at the shirring, hooking into loops. Below the shirring is fluttery and loose, so it lays softly over the hips.

The fabric is quite sheer, so anything under it is visible, so consider what will work for you with both the super deep plunge neckline and the see-through fabric. The fabric is doubled over along the front opening, and through the back of the collar, with a curved flap that lays across the back shoulders.

No issues to note. The fabric edges at the seam are not bound or surged, so there are a few loose threads on occasion.
It has been freshly hand washed, line dried.
