Beautiful vintage bedspread decorated with many drawings by Beatrix Potter, including favorites such as Peter Rabbit and Jemima Puddleduck. It's a twin size bedspread with a white cotton fringe. I think this from the seventies. I have not been able to find any others like it online. Clearly well loved outlet because the tag is worn out from washing. The bedspread is still quite vibrant, so I think it's a poly cotton blend. The fringe feels like cotton. There is one area with staining near the head end of the left side. It's small and pretty faint, shown in last photo. One of the things I love about the stories and artwork by Beatrix Potter is that they appeal to boys and girls alike. I think this would be a great place to start decorating a unisex nursery or toddler's room.
