I nuno-felted it with super-quality black merino wool, various pure silk fabrics, and viscose fibers.

Both sides are beautiful to wear. Additionally, I made a hole in one side to make it possible to pull the other side through it. There are many ways how to wear a scarf.

Nuno felting is the technique of layering minimal amounts of wool onto woven fabric. The base fabric is usually silk or cotton. Through the felting process, the wool fiber migrates through the fabric. As the normal shrinkage from the felting process occurs, the fabric is pulled, creating unique textures in the product.

Care: gentle hand washing in cold water with washing detergent for delicate/wool fabric. No harsh squeezing. No tumble dry. Iron with wool/silk regime. Steam ironing is good as well. outlet
