Vintage Brown & Sharpe No. outlet 48 1-2" Micrometer with Original Wood Case

A vintage Brown & outlet Sharpe No. 48 1"-2" micrometer with box and adjusting wrench. There was light surface rust on this instrument which I've carefully removed. Otherwise the micrometer move freely and is ready for your collection or calibrating and as a user. There does appear to be a chip out of the sleeve the micro adjustment screw goes in to.
