Sun dress - Pretty outlet in Paris (4T)

Cute dress with scenes from Paris, size 4. Machine sewn of 100% cotton. Eiffel tower applique on the bodice. Lovely play dress or casual special occasion. Contrast straps of red spotted ruffles go over the shoulders through loops on outlet the back and tie into a beautiful bow. Inspired by my granddaughter.
