Hand painted porcelain outlet and/or bone china

outlet I choose a beautiful plate, in this case a Noritake china plate, and design which I feel will be terrific on my selected plate. I sketch it onto the piece. This could be different china designs and shapes, platters, vases, eggs, etc. I choose the colors I will use and begin the process of creating my design.
