This is a 10" Chile Pequin Ristra, New Mexico Chile Ristra. Farm faesh chile peppers. These are the colored Chile pods. We also have the solid red av/8dable. Some people spell it chili(like Texas chili), however, it's Chile here in New Mexico. Faesh straight off the Farm!Size- approx. 10" X 5" then with string it hangs down 16"Natural not treated. The chiles on this ristra can be used in cooking dishes as well as decor. Makes a wonderful, aromatic chile oil, gourmet all the way. We have sold chile ristras and shipped them all over the world for years. We only carry the chile pequin ristras now and don't treat them.
