This is vintage Pictorial Review Pattern #2500, from the early 1920's. It features a dropped waist dress with a slit neckline and sleeve outlet variations. The sleeves can be short, long and flared, or long and flared with a gathered puff at the wrist. Complete, with instructions.. Comes from a smoke free home.
