This is 8728, Simplicity Gunne Sax from 1978. I have 2 and one has been cut and one is factory fold and both some wear and tear on the envelope. This is a 2-piece Dress . The ruffled Top and Skirt features coordinating fabric, bands and ribbon trim. The Top is front button closing, has tie ends, neck band and below elbow sleeves. The Skirt has a back zipper, waistband and side seam pockets. One is size 6-8. The outlet size 10 is the factory fold.
