SHIPPING

All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. Dzerve Jewellery is not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.

USA / Canada : 3-10 weeks
Europe : 1-5 weeks
Other Countries: 4-10 weeks

Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, we can't solve delivery delays cases, before a period of 30 days from shipping date. Please understand that, once the package is sent, transit times, custom delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you would like to make a return, just contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. Then, you must just ship your package back to me at your expense.
All jewellery must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Dzerve Jewelry has the right to deny a return if the jewellery returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Customer are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.

For exchanges, I will send you a voucher with the value of the returned item once I receive the returned one so you can use it to buy another product.
I carefully inspect all of my pieces before they leave the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

I do not accept any package which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during the transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

RETURNED MAIL

I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
3) If customer thinks that jewellery doesn't look as its imagined. Please read jewellery descriptions before purchasing item, every jewellery detail is written down.
4) For any personalised or Custom orders.

I will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewellery has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will outlet need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.
