1980s outlet dress vintage 80s MAGENTA PINK BOW puff sleeve

Super cute vintage 1980s puff sleeve dress with bow shoulder. This great dress is a soft poly crepe with bodice lining in chiffon. The dress has outlet a fitted under bodice then surplice tulip overlay.

The waist is elasticized for a perfect fit, then the skirt extends from there with soft gathers.

There are thread belt loops but no belt remains. Any color or style will work, or it looks nice without too.
