Vintage 1930's Triner outlet U.S. Postal Service 9 Ounce Scale

This scale was the property of U.S.P.O. Dept. and has the remains of a 1930 State of California Seal on the side. It is in very good condition, there are no dents or scraps of note and the brass parts can probably be polished to look like new, if desired. The base attracts a magnet so it is probably stamped and painted steel. It was made by the Triner Scale & Mfg. Company in Chicago, Ill. The scale measures almost 10 inches long and 4 1/4 wide and stands 4 3/4 inches tall.
