No stylus is included, but a charger is. Console is in fairly rough shape, 3D slider gets a little stuck, cartridges don't go in and smoothly (but they do read fine). It takes a charge but the charger does not lock outlet in, and the circle pad is missing the rubber. The console has dings and scrapes on the surface as pictured. That being said, the console is fully functioning, everything works, it just could use some fixing up. I think a cleaning inside of it would fix a few of these issues, or moving it to a different 3DS shell. I'm not sure as I've never done these things. It can use some love and fixing up, but the buttons all work, as does volume, the 3D, and it does read cartridges. I tried playing a game on it and everything seemed to function as it should.
