House of CB dress yellow Neon stretchy bandage long formal evening with slit back. Really flattering & comfy. Note it was hemmed up a few inches but a tailor could probably remove the hem and lengthen it. Worn once and dry cleaned (still in the dry clean bag) I'm 5'1 and outlet wore 6in heels.
