LA QUERCETO, Sesto Fiorentino, Italy - Large vintage animal statuette, two giraffes, glazed ceramics outlet - 1950s

outlet Superb and delicate Italian ceramics from the 1950s signed La Querceto, in Sesto Fiorentino, Tuscan city known for its porcelain productions.


The statuette, made of polychrome glazed ceramic, represents a giraffe and its giraffe on a green base, with some gilded nets around its perimeter.
A numbered piece of high quality, with very nice details and in excellent condition.

Both subjects are of extreme finesse of realization, with very soft colors.

Very beautiful vintage Italian ceramic signed, rare by its subject.

Signature under the base: "La Querceto - Sesto F." , number "831".

Twentieth century - 1950s.

Length: 22 cm - Maximum height: 31 cm - Width: 13 cm - Weight: 690 g.


Very nice condition, no shine.
Note two micro ginnings very little visible on the head of the giraffe (ear and eye) and a small lack at the end of the tail of the adult giraffe. (See triple photo with arrows).
Slight gilding wear at the edge of the base.
