ABOUT THE ARTIST-----Susan Barackman is an equine artist who has
spent most of her life longing for a horse. Both her parents were
born to poor Italian immigrants not afraid of hard work who
instilled the ethic of accomplishment through doing it for yourself.
So she read, dreamed and drew horses, and worked hard, hoping
for the day she would have her own horse.
Susan does many kinds of art but her passion is equine art that
showcases the romance and power that is the horse.
Her art ranges from realistic to abstract and whimsical.
She works in pencil, colored pencil, watercolor and acrylic paints.
