Jute Hummingbird on Leaf - Symbol of joy, happiness, positive energy, Hummingbird spirit help to outlet guide us

This hummingbird piece takes about 2 hours to complete. The leaf take 5-6 hours to complete. I use outlet treated jute twine and build them into different parts of the body by hand-knotting over segments of wire. Because there is wire inside, my sculpture is bendable so you can pose them any way you like. It is beautiful to look at but also fun to re-position time and time again.
