A lovely and rare hand-painted porcelain bottle / tea caddy made by New Chelsea in Staffordshire.
Most likely, from the 1920s. However, the style and the superb quality of the decor resemble Chinese and stylized-to-look-Chinese (aka Chinoiserie) pieces made in the 18th century.
