Hello and welcome to our shop – we are often adding new ideas, so please feel free to browse!

*TOPPER DETAILS*

We offer a range of decorative cake toppers in colourful acrylic, rustic wood, and glitter cardstock.

Our toppers are personalised with the names or words of your choice; simply use the ‘Personalisation' or ‘Note To Seller' sections when placing an order. (Please enter the full text as you would like it to appear, and isolate it with “quotation marks” if adding extra comments. However, please contact us first if your text will be significantly longer than the original item).

Our cake toppers are laser cut from 3mm Perspex sheet and 4mm birch and feature an integral stalk. We offer a range of pastel colours as well as black, white and gold; please see the colour chart photo in the listing. Our acrylic toppers are available in widths of 12.5 cm or 15 cm. We also offer some in a smaller size of 9 cm; although this depends on the complexity of the design, as some are too fragile. (We can often accommodate custom sizes, but please contact us first).

*IMPORTANT NOTES ON HYGIENE & SAFETY*

Please note that all items are made in a workshop environment and are sold as decorative items. Whilst we make every effort to wipe all items before dispatch, we strongly recommend that you wash all items thoroughly with a suitable washing up liquid before using them in a food environment.

Please note that toppers may be flammable and must not be exposed to naked flames; please take extra care if candles, sparklers (or similar) are used elsewhere in your celebrations.

*DELIVERY TIMES*

We are a family business, located in rural Worcestershire, UK. Once our orders have been designed, made and dispatched (normally 3-5 working days, but may be longer in the run up to Christmas), please be aware that the shipping (and therefore total delivery) times will vary depending on your country. As a guide:


UK (MAINLAND):
Making = 3-5 working days *
Free UK 2nd Class postage, upgrades available


EUROPE:
Making = 3-5 working days *
Shipping = 10-14 days
TOTAL DELIVERY = 2-3 weeks


USA & REST OF WORLD:
Making = 3-5 working days *
Shipping = 2-4 weeks
TOTAL DELIVERY = 3-5 weeks

If you require an item urgently then please contact us before ordering. We will always do our best to accommodate urgent requests outlet whenever possible, but we will need to check that we have the capacity, and materials in stock, and we may need to calculate any increased courier costs to meet your required date.

*IDEAS FOR RECYCLING & REUSE*

Rather than disposing of your topper, why not reuse it as part of a scrap book, craft project, or memory box? Or, with a dab of glue, you could use it to personalise a photo frame or photo album cover to remember the special event.

Card boxes, paper envelopes and invoices can be used in craft projects, or recycled in the normal way.

Where we need to use plastic packaging materials, we aim to use the most eco-friendly options (or re-used materials) where possible, such as biodegradable bubble wrap that is designed to break down in landfill. Before throwing it out though, why not reuse it yourself when storing old items or Christmas decorations?

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but please let us know as soon as possible if you have any issues on receiving your order.

When placing your order, please check our estimated delivery times by country, and please ensure that there is enough time for your item to be made, shipped and delivered before your event. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or cancellations on personalised items once they have been made to order.
