Abstract Fiber Art Wall Hanging/Quilt Hand Dyed & Stitched outlet Wool Autumn Wind

This fiber art piece features an abstract depiction of autumn wind in purple, blue, shades of brown with scarlet splotches and applique leafy pieces falling across a stormy rectangle. It has a brown border and conjures up a window onto a blustery day. We used raw 100% genuine Pendleton® virgin greige wool and wool remnants and hand dyed the fabrics in Natural Acid Dye (which is a low-impact, non-hazardous, and non heavy metal dye -- these dyes follow the standard set by the Organic Trade Association's for organic fiber processing). It was hand-stitched and hand-quilted in coordinating pearl cotton and backed with a deep outlet burgundy brown cotton print. A 3” (7.5 cm) hanging sleeve is attached which will fit a dowel or hanging rod (not included).
