This is a beautiful Philips X2 headphones with highly praised sound. This is the X2 version which is almost identical to the later X2HR versions with the exception that the later version has what some consider an inferior braided cable to the first version. I'm including frequency response measurements for the left and right speakers and you can see that the neodymium drivers are perfectly matched and quite outlet linear.
