Vintage outlet Compact with Watch and Rouge

Fantastic! Two compartments along with the watch that beautiful on both sides. It does not work. The small rouge still has it's pad, the other does not. The watch reads Weldwood. The compact case reads Illinois Watch Case Co. The triangular mirror is also cool. There are a few scratches to case. It measures approximately 2 3/4" square.
