Civil War Bucdkles - REPRODUCTIONS Union outlet and Confederate Lot of 2 by Joseph Leisch

These reproductions of buckles from the Civil War are a wonderful gift for a history buff, They were made for re-enactors by Joseph "Abe" Leisch, a longtime colector of civil war and Abraham Lincoln memorabilia. Buckles include an article about FL button show in 2011, with a photo of Joe. Sadly, he passed away a number of years ago. Authentic buckles from the civil war would be worth thousands. The buckles measure 3-1/2" when closed. I do not know what the initials written with sharpie are. Perhaps the original owner of these buckles. Since most outlet cannot afford the real deal, it would be nice to have a representation in your collection.
