Vintage late 80s/early 90s Lillia Smitty Exclusive red western long sleeved cotton dress with gold fringe on bodice & back, full skirt, collar tips & original belt Small (vintage size is 13/14 which I believe is miss sized) Armpit to armpit is 22” Elastic waistband is 24” Hips are free Length is 50” I'm the model & I'm 5'3” & a size 4 & the dress fits me perfectly Does have some issues as seen in pictures but overall a really cool dress Needs dry cleaned Cowboy core Western outlet core Prairie Core.
