This small scale wall decor is called "Bird Singing”,

a mounted reproduction taken from one of my ​original oil paintings of the same name.

It is a finished and ready made painting that needs no framing because it is glazed onto Beechwood Panel

and finished with a waterproof glaze.

This unique painting depicts a fanciful Swift singing out announcing the day.

He is atop of a spray of pale leaves and orange decorative dots.

The background has an arch with floral elements of green and rusty orange.

HOW I CREATED outlet THIS ARTWORK:

I created the image first by printing the image on archival quality paper,

then I fastened the image to a Beechwood panel.

Next, I glazed the panel with Polyurethane to give it a glossy waterproof finish.

The back of the panel is titled and signed.


Makes a wonderful gift for a couple on their wedding day. Also, a perfect gift for a bird lover,

art lover or anyone feels at peace viewing the natural world.

The first layers were painted with fine washes of acrylic paint, Many addition layers were added in oil paint.

Within every layer I added more and more details
