The cable housing is relief marked 2000 lb capacity, Jac-Lift by Comet Industries of Richmond, Indiana USA with side socket for insertion of rod lever. It has dual-ended forged steel hooks with top hook swivel & relief branding, “Red-D-Grab” DDF No.4 & Durbin Durco Inc, St. L. MO. & base cable hook, 5/16 BTC, 30. The cable extension has been untested but all appears well intact as pictured with its typical vintage wear and impressive, rare ratcheting lever hoist in its size, composition, & mechanics. This mega marvel would be a striking suspension implement for a repurpose project or a spectacular statement for the modern rustic industrial design!
