Product code: Nadine vintage outlet white red ball/prom gown
You will be the bell of the ball in this beautiful ball/prom gown by Nadine. It is from the mid to late 1970's. The red, white and blue Union Made label indicates it was made after 1973. It's marked a size 3 which is more like a 00 in todays size. My mannequin is a 2 and it does not zip up the back. No fabric content tag but is dry clean. The full skirt has tiered organza ruffles sewn on the a heavy tulle. Satin lining. The top has reverse lace with the red trim. Wide red band with back bow. I'm not sure if the straps are original or added. They have been taken up. It measures 53" long from under the arm. The skirt is 45" from the waist. Laying flat outlet seam to seam it's 14 1/2" across under the arms, 12" at the waist. It's in beautiful condition. The only problem I can find is to the lining which is torn a couple inches at the hem in the front and there is a small hole in the back (last 2 photos). Shown in a couple photos with a vintage Vendome necklace and a wide brim white hat.
