At Cat O' Nine we LOVE a super high-waist that way you can wear even shorter shirts.
Cat O' Nines virtually seamless SIGNATURE waistband allows the eye to continue to flow visually creating a longer leaner look.
Our high-waist has a rise of 13" unstretched. Our signature high-waist design holds tightly to the skin eliminating the use of pinching elastic for a smoother contoured look to enhance the shape of your figure. The versatile high waists are great paired with long and midriff tops creating a completely different styles.
Our low-rise is cut to an 8 rise (unstretched), with a 3 inch wide elastic free band.

All pants are cut to a 33inch inseam unless otherwise indicated in purchase notes.
*** Inseam is traditionally measured from crotch to ankle. Bells are meant to be longer. We recommend measuring from crotch all the way to bottom of the heel/ground and then still add 2 inches. The extra 2 inches allows for the bell to cover foot in flats, and still enough to wear with heels if desired…. But if you know you will outlet always be in flats, 1” extra is still recommended to drape to the floor
It is helpful if you included in memo that your to the ground inseam is X and you would like 1” extra for a flat shoe, or 2” extra for a heel.
