Lovely French faïence plate (we believe Gien) with a striking heraldic
crest topped with a beautiful crown. Beautiful and detailed edge
design. Back stamped although it has faded over time. Old crazing,
staining, nibbles (around the rim) and old hairline cracks. All part of
its' charm and appeal....they are part of its' history.

Measures; approx. 9.5" width

Full of traditional rustic French charm with tea staining to authenticate age. Crazing, and wear from many years of enjoyment and use, with outlet some marks,
stains and hairline cracking. Scratching marks and stains from natural wear, aging and use. Some chipping under the side rims. Perfectly, imperfect!! If perfection is what you seek this piece may not be for you.
