outlet A lovely vintage trunk from the Netherlands. The trunk measures 36 cm wide x 26 cm deep x 26 cm high.

It is metal and has been painted to resemble wood grain.

On the lid there is a bordered gold band and a pretty decorative handle.

The latch on the front has pretty geometric shaping with a clasp that could be closed with a padlock for security or just a piece if ribbon to make it sort of secure.

The colour is a gorgeous mellow ochre whilst inside is clean and in good condition.

Any wear is on the surface only and there are chips and blemishes on the paintwork.

A nice size to use as a hat box, or to sit on a counter top or on the floor.
