The beautiful and serene Basilica at Lourdes dates back to the late 1800's.

These beveled glass caskets were popular during the Napoleon III era.

This is a wonderful French Souvenir box that would be perfect to display your favorite piece of jewellery in your boudoir.

The beveled glass casket was made using a process called Ormolu (from French "or moulu", signifying ground or pounded gold)

Overall the box is in very good condition given it's age (over 100 years old). The satin lining shows darkening and wear and tear consistent with its age. No chips or cracks in the glass
